first stage

First of all, we have to put the beans in a suitable container in water until they are soaked the night before and change the bean water several times so that the beans become softer and bigger and, as the famous saying goes, they get windy.

second stage

In this step, we wash the onion and garlic and remove their skin. Then we cut them into small pieces and put them on a gentle heat.

third level

When the aroma of garlic and onion rises, cut the meat into pieces and add it to the garlic and onion.

One of the ways to get the bitterness of the meat in Qorme Sabzi is to use a spoonful of tomato paste. With Mahond paste, you will be relieved of the color, taste and aroma of your vegetables.

The fourth stage

At this stage, we drain the beans and fry them next to the meat, garlic and onion for about a minute. Then we add four to six glasses of boiling water to the pot.

The fifth stage

Whenever the beans are half cooked, we add the black and green vegetables that we fried before. After it is fully cooked, add Omani lemon, salt and pepper to it.

The sixth stage

And finally, we let the stew sit on a gentle heat. At the end, we serve Qorme Sabzi with drained rice.
