first stage

To prepare vegetable pilaf with fish, first cut the onion into slices and put it in a suitable bowl. After that, we grate the sirloin and add it to the bowl along with fish spices, salt, black pepper and turmeric.

second stage

At this stage, we separate the head and tail of the fish, then we remove the skin and fillet the fish and place it in a bowl containing flavoring ingredients. Then we massage the ingredients with our hands so that the texture of the fish becomes tasty.

Now we cover the bowl with cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for an hour so that the fish gets flavored. In the meantime, we are going to prepare sabzipelo. For this, we put the rice in water beforehand so that it gets wet.

Pomegranate paste and Mahond sauces are the best flavorings that we can use for raw fish. Of course, they are used much more after the food is prepared.

The fourth stage

At this stage, we wash the pilaf vegetables and then chop them into medium pieces and set them aside. Note: Vegetables for the pilaf usually include leeks, parsley, coriander, dill, fenugreek and fresh garlic leaves.

The fifth stage

In this step, we fill a suitable pot halfway with water and put it on high heat until the water boils. Next, add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of liquid oil to the boiling water. Then we add soaked rice.

The sixth stage

Now we wait for five to ten minutes until the grains of rice become soft. Whenever the grains of rice are completely soft and the brain is a little stuck, we remove it from the heat. Then we add half of the vegetables to the rice and drain it.

The seventh stage

Next, we put the pot we prepared for cooking sabzi pilaf on a low heat and add a little oil to it. Now, we use potatoes or bread for cooking.

The eighth stage

Now pour a little of the rice and vegetable mixture on the bottom of the pot and pour some of the remaining vegetables and dry dill on it. In the same way, we pour rice and vegetables into the pot layer by layer.

The ninth stage

After that, we pour a little brewed saffron on the rice and put the lid of the pot on the pot to let the rice brew for an hour. After the fish is flavored, we take it out of the refrigerator and remove the flavorings from it.
