After the water boils, we pour the rice into the boiling water and wait until the grains of rice are soft. Whenever the grains of rice are completely soft and the kernel is a little stuck, we rinse the rice, then we put a suitable pot on the heat.

third level

We open a can of Mahond lentils and put it in a suitable pan. Mahovand lentil has enough fried onions and spices, but if we want our food to be fatter, we should fry onions first and then add canned Mahovand lentil to it.

Mahound canned lentils are produced from the best and freshest lentils. So we think it is easy to make lentils from this section.

The fourth stage

We pour a little oil in the pot and use lavash bread or potato slices as per our choice.

The fifth stage

Now we slowly pour the drained rice along with the contents of the pan on the bottom of the pot. It is better to do this in layers. It means one layer of rice and one layer of lentils. Finally, we pour a little liquid oil and put a steamer on the door of the pot so that the rice is steamed on a gentle heat.

The sixth stage

We mix the lentils and serve it in a suitable dish. Let's not ignore the hotness and pickled garlic of Mahond, which sticks badly to the side of lentils.
