To prepare Arabita pasta, first fill a suitable pot halfway with water, then add a tablespoon of oil and a teaspoon of salt to the pot. Then we put it on high heat until the water boils.

After the water starts to boil, add the pasta to the pot and rinse it after about ten minutes. Of course, for more accuracy, it is better to look at the pasta cooking time from its packaging.

At this stage, we put a suitable pan on a low heat and add a little olive oil to it. Next, we grate the garlic in a pan and fry it a little until the aroma comes out and the color turns golden.

After the garlic becomes golden, we finely chop the hot pepper and add it to the pan, then fry it with the garlic until they become uniform. Next, we add tomato paste.

Note that the tomato paste should be fried well so that it is completely fried and its raw taste and smell are completely removed. Next, we add tomato puree along with salt to the pan and stir.

The sixth stage

Finally, we add the drained pasta to the pan along with chopped basil and parmesan cheese. Then we stir the ingredients to combine. Finally, pour the pasta into the desired dish and serve.

The seventh stage

After the meat and beans are half cooked, we add the fried stewed vegetables to the pot. After the beans and meat are fully cooked, we add the Omani lemon along with some salt and pepper.
